Hey everyone. Ever since the quarantine has started, ive been having the hardest time getting a well rested night of sleep. It is partly because my job timings are weird. I have a meeting at 2:30am three days a week. And most of my emails come in at 9pm. When my kids and husband go to sleep I am awake and then when I get to sleep at around 6am, everyone is awake. It's so hard for me to fall asleep even though I am usually VERY tired by the time I lie down. Any tips?

Aww sweetie it must be hard on you. I hope that youre doing better now than when you posted this. I think i have some suggestions that might help you. Well my first suggestion is that if your regular sleeping time isnt working for you then you might want to switch it up. Because your body might not really be agreeing with interrupting your sleep for meetings. Another suggestion I have is that if you find yourself having trouble falling asleep then you can look at melatonin as an option. Its something that does help very much if you have sleep apnea or insomnia or the sorts. I found melatonin on the internet here: www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/melatonin-supplementsYou can try this website or maybe your local pharmacy to see if they recommend something. Good luck darling.

I understand you, I am in the same situation right now. Many partners from other countries, they can send a letter at 2 a.m., and I have to answer it. Of course, no one will do it but me. You need to allocate time, and it's better to consult a doctor. More vitamins, activity.
