Why put off for tomorrow what we can do today??? Often we seem to say..."I'll do it tomorrow"...and it seems, tomorrow never comes!!! Change can be hard. Giving up things we find comfort in, can be hard. Starting new things can be scary and overwhelming. So when is the best time to start changes? For me, I like to think, "there is no time like the present". The sooner I start, the sooner I will see results! The sooner I start, the sooner it will become routine! Change can be hard enough, without adding all the thought time to feed the fears. So when I think of changing my health...I am not going to procrastinate into the unending tomorrows.... I am going to pull up my big girl panties...put on my 'Can Do' hat....Find my 'Sassy' attitude and determined mind set... Tell yesterday Good Bye...and...Tomorrow to Hold On...Because I have Plans with... ' NOW ' Attachments:
